Automatic consideration for early applicants:All students whose fall 2017 applications to FLCC are complete by March 1 will be automatically considered for more than 20 scholarships, most ranging between $500 and $1,000. To view the list of scholarships,
In order for an application to be complete, students must submit high school transcripts. Applications can be completed online on the FLCC website. While students who apply after March 1 will be considered for any remaining funding, priority will be given to early applicants.Questions about the new scholarships can be directed to the One Stop Center at (585) 785-1000 email@example.com.
Scholarships with special criteria: Some FLCC scholarships require a separate application because they are contingent on information that is not commonly available on applications and transcripts.
For example, the new $1,000 AMVETS Post 332 Farmington Scholarship gives preference to veterans, members of the National Guard or Federal Reserve Force and family members of veterans. Other awards are available to students who have a parent or grandparent employed by Garlock Sealing Technologies or a family member involved in the wine industry.
