All students attending a NYS public school, including remote attendance or those using district transportation, must be immunized. Please discuss your child's immunization status with their medical provider to ensure they are up to date at the start of the school year.
Within 14 days of the start of the school year, or when they enter the district, each student must be immunized per NYS requirements. They must have received at least the first age-appropriate dose in each immunization series to attend school or they may be excluded from school. Students moving to the district from out of state have 30 days to complete the requirements. Within 30 days, they must show they have appointments for all required follow-up vaccine doses.
