Free breakfast & lunch is available for Savannah students this summer with delivery included!
Get 5 complete breakfasts & lunches for the week will be delivered to the student's home every Friday (may include items such as cereals, muffins, PB&J Uncrustables, granola bars, deli sandwiches, Anytimer entrees (lunchable type items), fresh fruit, fresh cut vegetables, milk, etc.).
*Delivery dates: July 11, 18, & 25 & August 1, 8, 15, 22 & 29
*Deliveries will occur between 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.
*Someone must be home to accept the delivery (items are perishable and may not be left outside).
*Students must be ages 18 or younger and may not be enrolled in a summer program at the Elementary or Jr/Sr High School (as these students will already be receiving their free meals at school).
This is a great opportunity to help community families cut back on grocery/snack costs throughout the summer, while school is not in session!
If you live in Clyde and your children are not attending an onsite program, you may be able to receive delivered meals on Fridays also but there are qualifying factors. Please contact the Food Service Director at 315-902-3060 for information and to determine qualification. Families who live in CLYDE may also receive free meals on-site every day at either school, check the school website for meal times.
Meals will be delivered in district owned insulated bags with ice sheets to keep items at proper temperatures. You must return the bags and ice sheets the following week when the new delivery arrives. Bags and sheets must be cleaned and in acceptable condition. Failure to return the district's equipment in acceptable condition will result in being excluded from further deliveries.
