The following is a message from Superintendent Mike Hayden:
Dear Clyde-Savannah Community,
Thank you to everyone who participated in today’s school budget vote and Board of Education election. We experienced an exceptional level of voter turnout this year, and I want to express my sincere appreciation to our community for taking an active role in supporting public education.
The approval of the 2026-2027 school budget reflects the community’s continued investment in our students, staff, and programs. We remain deeply committed to using these resources responsibly to provide strong academic opportunities, safe learning environments, and experiences that prepare our students for success beyond graduation.
I would also like to congratulate the individuals elected to serve on the Board of Education. Board service is a meaningful commitment to the future of our district, and I look forward to working collaboratively with all trustees in support of our shared mission.
High participation in today’s vote demonstrates how much this community cares about its schools. Together, we will continue focusing on what matters most, the success and well-being of our students.
Thank you again for your engagement and support.
Sincerely,
Mike Hayden
Superintendent of Schools
