Clyde-Savannah celebrated the Class of 2025 during the annual Graduation Ceremony, held in the Jr./Sr. High School Auditorium on the evening of Friday, June 27. This was the District's 59th Annual Commencement.
The evening started with a performance of the national anthem and C-S alma mater by the Senior Chorus members. This was followed by speeches from Salutatorian Kamry Lainhart, Valedictorian Tina Huang, and Alumna Mrs. Katy Wright.
After the presentation of awards, diplomas were handed out by HS Principal Dr. Craig Pawlak and Board of Education President Jennifer Sullivan. Each student, upon hearing their name called, stepped down from the stage, and received their diplomas. Family and friends snapped photos with their phones and cheered the new grads on.
Finally, each student moved their tassels and officially graduated. The students celebrated by launching confetti into the air.
The District would like to congratulate the new graduates. Good luck in whatever you endeavor to do next! Congratulations!
