On January 24, Clyde-Savannah students took part in Vocal All-County and did a fantastic job representing our school. Congratulations to Chelsea Bond, Anya Grigg, Zeke Hobbs, Shelby Miller, Alex Philbee, Paityn Rivers, and Brittany Thebert for their dedication and musical achievement. After learning about Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Mrs. Morelli’s 2nd grade class brainstormed their own hopes and dreams for the world. Some of the students’ ideas included:
• everyone being safe
• everyone feeling loved
• showing respect to others
• being healthy and happy
What a thoughtful group of kids with big hearts and big dreams! 💫

Earlier this month, Mr. King took his Jr. High School art classes to the Memorial Art Gallery for a chance to see the art and get a hands-on experience creating. Students got a chance to see art that used the techniques their learning and that will hopefully inspire their upcoming works.

Friday, the Elementary School celebrated S'Know Day, a chance to learn more about winter weather and everyone's favorite type of precipitation. It was also pajama day! Students and teachers donned their favorite holiday pajamas and enjoyed a day of fun before Winter Break.
