Our UPK students had a fun day exploring the Montezuma Audubon Center! They learned about local wildlife, habitats, and the importance of caring for our environment.

Last week, our Elementary School students got a special treat: their very own books to read this summer! Our hope is that our students will keep the momentum of reading and learning while engaging with family at home this summer.
At C-S Elementary, we want to foster a culture of reading and build students' excitement about literacy. Most of all, we want to help our students build a lifelong reading habit. We hope these books will keep them excited throughout the summer months!

Friday morning's Moving Up Ceremony began with our 9-12 grade students processing into the gym, signs in hand, before taking their designated seats. The high school chorus sang the National Anthem and C-S alma mater, and several words were spoken before beginning the awards portion of the program.

❤️🩹 COMPLETING TEEN MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID ❤️🩹
Last week, about 30 of our Sr. High School students celebrated the completion of their Teen Mental Health First Aid training. This training helps students to know how to respond to peers who are struggling with mental health or substance abuse.
Just like medical first aid training, the program is designed to help teens connect their struggling peers with a trusted adult who can provide help. These students attended six 45-minute session to fulfill their training. And at the end, they celebrated with an ice cream social.
Congrats to you all! You're helping make Clyde-Savannah a better place! 🫶

🌟 Doors open at 5:30 and the Jazz Band will begin playing around 5:45.
🎟 Tickets are $5 and can be purchased at the door.

We are proud to share that ALL varsity teams earned Scholar Athlete Team recognition this season through NYSPHSAA!
This honor recognizes teams with 75% or more of student-athletes maintaining a 90 GPA or higher, a true reflection of the hard work, dedication, and commitment our athletes show both in competition and in the classroom.
Even more impressive, 82% of our athletic teams achieved Scholar Athlete status this year, earning our school the distinction of School of Excellence! 🦅💛💜
